Refund policy

 Shipping: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and shipment. If your order has not shipped by the end of the 3rd business day and we have not contacted you regarding a delay, your order is on us, meaning we will issue a refund and deliver the product free of charge. If an unexpected delay occurs, Pray 4 Love will contact you before the end of the third business day. At that time, you may choose to continue waiting for your order or receive a full refund.

  Local Pickup & Delivery: Local pickup is currently available in Fairbanks, Alaska. Local delivery may also be available in select areas. To arrange pickup or delivery, contact us at team@p4lofficial.com or +1 (229) 520-7084.

  Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unwashed, free of stains, odors, damage, alterations, or any other signs of use, and returned with their original tags. Exchanges are available within 30 days for sizing issues, subject to product availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  Lost, Stolen & Other Order Issues: If your package is lost, stolen, arrives damaged, or you experience any other issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at team@p4lofficial.com or +1 (229) 520-7084. We'll work with you to investigate the issue and find the best possible resolution. Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Any address changes or delivery requests after shipment must be made directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
